For us the job does not end when a new system is installed and tested.
We realise that the successful use of an IT system also involves the timely
delivery of training and support for the system users. For most companies,
the implementation of a new system involves changes in the day-to-day
working habits for the users, and this can cause annoyance and disruption
if not planned and handled appropriately. Realising this, we start planning
and preparing for a system's support requirements early on. This includes
working closely with the users to understand their needs before a line
of code is written.
